July 19, 2009 | 09-104690 - Indecent Act - At 7:00 p.m. police were advised that a man was masturbating in the area of the 7100 block of Andrews Stret in Halifax. The intoxicated man had approached two females, attempted to initiate conversation with them but they ignored him. The man then stuck his hands down his pants, began touching himself, then pulled his pants down completely and began to masturbate openly in front the females. As an HRP K9 officer arrived the man fled but was quickly located and arrested a short distance away. A Halifax man was charged with committing an Indecent Act and released on a Promise to Appear and Undertaking to appear in Halifax Provincial Court at a later date. |
