December 10, 2008 08-182762 - Disturbance - At 1:00 p.m. police responded to a report of a fight at CP Allen High School in Bedford. Some students got into a fight and a large group of students gathered to watch. Injuries were minor. There may have been some students who left the area that were not students of CP Allen. At this time one youth has been charged. The matter remains under investigation.

allen street February 27, 2008 08-29453 - Break and Enter - At approximately 1:20 a.m., three black males forced their way into a residence in the 6200 block of Allen Street in Halifax. Once inside the suspects hit two of the occupants with various items from the home. The suspect took several items from the home and fled the area on foot. A K9 unit attended the scene and tracked the suspects for a short distance where it appears they got into a vehicle. The two injured parties were treated at the scene by EHS for minor injuries. The investigation is ongoing.

October 10, 2007 07-154276 - Assault - At approximately 9:30 a.m., a 15-year-old boy was assaulted by two 17-year-old boys known to him in an area just off CP Allen High School grounds known as 'The Pit'. The victim had two teeth knocked out. The school's HRP Liaison officer investigated the incident and as a result, the two suspects were arrested during the noon hour. Both appeared in Youth Court this afternoon charged with "Assault Causing Bodily Harm." One of them was also charged with breaching an undertaking.

April 9, 2002 14250 - At 7:06 p.m., police responded to a report that a man had fallen four floors from a balcony after trying to cross from one balcony to another. Police did not find anyone outside, but after questioning residents of the building, found the man who had fallen. After talking with police, he went to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
